What is ErmChat?

ErmChat is a free app primarily for chatting in Twitch chat on your phone. It works on Android, and iPhone as a beta. It supports Twitch, 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes, along with many badges (more soon!).

Features

Emote cache

Emotes are saved on your phone, so they don't download again every time you open the app. Also cuts down on mobile data usage, there's a data saver setting for when you're off Wi-Fi.

Threads

You can save a reply thread and look at it again later. It stays saved as long as its newest message is still around, or if you pin it.

Message Limit

ErmChat can show up to 5000 messages per channel. Use it if you dare!

Split links

People sometimes put spaces in links (like kappa .lol/) to get past filters. ErmChat rejoins them.

7TV

7TV name paints and personal emotes. When a channel adds a 7TV emote, it shows up without restarting the app.

And also

• Pictures from kappa.lol (and proxies) show right in chat
• Official Twitch GIFs from Giphy
• Chat stats (local): msgs/min, top chatters, most used emotes
• Mod view: AutoMod queue, unban requests, blocked terms
• Read chat without logging in
• Channels scrollable in tabs, and more than one account
• Smaller screen support
• Optimization
